SPECIFICATIONS 4 CO.LOK USA – JULY 2023 FINISHING TRIMS SURFACES FURNITURE WITH LEGS W – Whiteboard LOCKS AND HANDLES PROGRAM Contemporary handle • Cast aluminum pull with finish in Black, Silver or White. Finishing panels (back) • The addition of finishing panels allows the lockers to be used 360 degrees and provides a finished aesthetic when the back of wardrobes or lockers are visible (i.e.: used in a hallway or to delimit workspaces). • Allows the addition of an accent color if desired. • Available in a HPL whiteboard for dry-erase markers. • Ordered separately and installed onsite. • Hardware included (mechanical fastened). • Allows the addition of an accent color and creates a continuous shared surface for wardrobes and lockers side-to-side or back-to-back. • Surface 1" (25 mm) thick. Double-sided tape included. • The Co.Lok furniture is also offered with 6" H (152 mm) metal or wooden legs. Factory installed. • An anti-tipping stap is provided to secure the back or the sides of lockers or wardrobes to a wall. • Below a 36" wide configuration, wardrobe lockers or lockers must be secured to the wall with a strap or be combined to another storage unit. Contemporary handle with standard key lock • The finish of the lock matches with the color of the handle (except for the White finish handle). • The barrel of each key lock is factory installed and key numbers are randomly assigned for each storage unit. • Master key sold separately. Contact Customer Service for more information. • An electronic lock cannot be retrofitted to a unit with a key lock. Essential electronic lock • Housing with a Black finish touch keyboard. • Factory installed. • The battery compartment is located in the front part of the lock so changing the batteries can be done without unlocking or opening the door. • Powered by a lithium coin cell (CR2450). • Visual and audible indicators. • The Essential electronic lock is programmed by default with the shared use function. The user chooses an available storage unit and accesses it using a 4 to 15 digit code. Once the storage unit vacated, it becomes available for another user. • With the keyboard, it is possible to program the lock for an assigned use. • Manager key (necessary) gives access to a storage unit in case its user is unable to access it. The key can also serve in case of battery failure. Sold separately and available in the ACCESSORIES section. • Please note that the Essential lock is not part of the BIFMA Compliant ® registry. Select electronic lock with integrated handle • Housing, activation button with integrated metal handle. Black finish. • Factory installed. Can be oriented left or right depending on the position of the hinges. • The battery compartment is located in the front part of the lock. • Powered by two lithium button cells (CR2432). • Visual indicators. • The Select electronic lock is delivered with the default factory setting. To assign or change the configuration, the programming and manager keys are necessary. Please refer to the lock’s user guide. Keys are sold separately in the ACCESSORIES section. • Programming key. Allows the change of mode (assigned and shared) and to program the locks to accept manager keys. • Manager key. Gives access to a storage unit in case its user is unable to access it. The key can also work in case of battery failure. The programmation of locks to accept manager keys is done with the programming key. • When the Select electronic lock is programmed with the shared use function, the user chooses an available storage unit and accesses it using a 4 to 7 digit code. Once the storage unit is released, it becomes available to another user. • It is possible to program the lock for an assigned use, allowing up to 20 codes used simultaneously.
