Workplace l Cleaning Instructions CLEANING GUIDELINES FOR HEALTHIER WORKSPACES COVID-19 RECOMMENDATIONS Due to the current COVID-19 crisis affecting us worldwide, we strongly recommend the regular disinfection of workspaces and its various elements. Disinfectant wipes and sprays, without bleach, can be used on most materials. Please always follow the instructions on the manufacturers’ product labels for best results and health recommendations. LACASSE / CASEGOODS TFL and HPL Products must be cleaned with soft soap (ex.: dish washing liquid), a soft all-purpose cleaning product (ex.: window cleaner) or simply with water. Please be sure to towel dry afterwards in order to produce a nice and clean mark-free finish. Do not use acidic or abrasive cleaning products. In case of a though stain, paint thinner or an equivalent can occasionally be used but needs to be wiped off quickly. ABS Edgebanding ABS edgebands are resistant to most cleaners and substances commonly found in households (such as food acids) in line with DIN 68861. Lysol or Clorox wipes are recommended. Felt Screens Vacuum the surface thoroughly using a dusting brush attachment. Apply cleaning solution (50/50 solution of lukewarm water and bleach *5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution* or 3% hydrogen peroxide or distilled water) to a piece of white and lint-free cloth using a hand spray applicator, do not oversoak. Blot the stain/dirt starting from the outer edge and moving inward. Use a dry cloth or sponge soaked in water to remove any residue. Use distilled water for stain removal. Acrylic Screens Wash the acrylic sheet with a mild soap or detergent and plenty of lukewarm water. Use a clean soft cloth, applying only light pressure. Rinse with clear water and dry by blotting with a damp cloth or chamois. Grease, oil or tar may be removed with a good grade of hexane, aliphatic naphtha or kerosene. These solvents are obtained at a paint or hardware store and should be used in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations. Any oily film left behind by solvents has to be removed immediately by washing. Do not use window cleaning sprays, kitchen cleansers, gasoline, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, or lacquer thinner. A liquid detergent and water solution is recommended to clean the acrylic sheet. However, the following brand name cleaners have been tested and found to work well on the coated surfaces. Use care when cleaning since some of these cleaners may attack the uncoated sides or edges of the sheet.  Fantastik household cleaner  Formula 409 household cleaner  Mr. Clean household cleaner  Glass Plus cleaner  Top Job household cleaner  Windex window cleaner LACASSE / PARADIGM Panel System Standard Program / Fabrics May be cleaned with mild, water-free solvents or water- based cleaning agents or foam.
